Founded in 1994, The Wilmoth Group is a privately-held real estate firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company is majority owned by Joel and Jennifer Wilmoth. Since it was originally founded, the company has offered alternative residential real estate solutions.
The firm specializes in providing services to corporate owners of residential real estate. In particular, since 1996, Wilmoth has become one of the largest companies in America to provide local brokerage management and marketing services to the default industry. Today, the firm is bringing together like-minded real estate brokers in strategically identified markets to locally serve the needs of our corporate clients, with support services centralized in our Indianapolis headquarters.
